Relax in Style

I don’t get the bad reviews. The place is spotless, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Everything was easy and relaxed. I give it five stars. This hotel is excellent and really unique.

Bad attitude and service, smelly, old, dirty place, no one to talk to, they lied about a room with a jacuzzi that in the end was a simple bathtub (and claimed that's what it was), lot of noise from the street, charged full price and canceled the reservation, we ran away from there as fast as we could despite the full payment not being refunded We won't stay there if even if they pay us

Hi, we stayed at these place for 3 days as a couple holiday. The issue start from the check in where you can’t pay by card only cash or bank transfer (we taking about a 5* location). The issues starts when YOU DONT HAVE HOT WATER to shower yourself we talking about 3 hours. These happened 3 days in a row. Second the room I understand summer time has issues with mosquitoes so a lot of dead mosquitoes on the walls. Second and the worse ever happened to me personally staying in a accommodation, I hit my leg skying and I ordered some take away food, the receptionist told me that is forbidden to have food on the room because I might get the bed sheets dirty 😅😂 and these is one of the hotel rules, told him that there’s no hotel rules written anywhere and u cannot forbid me food on my room, we talking about a deluxe 30 sq room. The receptionist is calling the manager aka The Owner, and the owner starts shouting at me on the phone, calling me a Jerk and that it her property and SHE WILL KICK ME OUT at 11PM in night. Nobody said sorry about no water in the evening for 3 days in a row!! Guys is an expensive with a no manners Owner who speaks and acts with her customers like in a Sicilian Fish Market!! Avoid these propriety!
