What stood out for me was the service they provided, professionalism is 10/10. The way they coordinated our wedding everything went smooth and our guests were well taken care of. The banquet hall was a dream, it was so perfect. I'd go back there anytime.
I booked my vow renewal here and they have exceeded my expectations. I'm beyond grateful for the experience I had with relax Inn. Crystal was so efficient and helpful. Even the owner herself, Vanessa came through to assist and ensure all went well with my function. Perfect place for any function
The venue is beautifully situated, however, the rooms leave a lot to be deserved. No towel rails in the bathroom, toilet was leaking. Customer service was poor. The ladies at the reception were not welcoming, no smile. It's like they were doing us a favour. For the price per room, the condition of the rooms should have been in much better state.
