Good price for what you got. 👍👌 Hotel has sauna, but from three sauna rooms only one works. Rooms and hotel in general looks outdated - like from nineties. 😀 Meals for breakfast and dinner are great. Next time, I will propably stay in Dusseldorf. In Ratingen is nothing to do during evening, and the city itself is not very nice for sightseeing.

Rooms are a little tired and they still use keys for the doors!! However, what makes this a great stay is the great staff are the food is incredible, especially the bar meals in the evening with a beer and perfect ambience. That alone is worthy of 5 stars!!!

I can’t rate this hotel. As I didn’t checked in. Due to flight cancellation. But I definitely can rate a disappointing service. We booked the hotel after we got the flight confirmation. Nevertheless the flight was cancelled 2 months prior departure. We requested immediate the cancellation of the room reservation. It was declined full booking cost will stay. We reached out to the hotel to find another agreement. They never again answered to my requests. On day of arrival they reported me as no show to booking.com even they know before that. I can’t recommend this place with that service. Sad that they keep our payment even not used their service. And a cancellation two months prior shouldn’t be a problem. For shorts cancellation I could understand that. - No rate for the room - 1 star for service - 5 Star near airport
