Remas Hotel Hatyai

New Muslim Hotel in Hatyai.. big Parking lot but outside of the building.. don't have indoor parking lot.. if u bring motorcycle also must parking outside.. the room very clean and nice regarding they still new.. love the shower gel.. very nice smell..

We have the feeling that we’ve been ripped off… This hotel appears like a 5 stars hotel on booking and on others platforms but it’s completely wrong. At most it is a 3 stars hotel and religion is a little to present in the hotel rules (women and man can’t go in the same swimming pool). At least the room was clean but we were really disappointed compared to what we expected and what we’ve been sold. We are absolutely not angry at the employees but at the direction and the unclear communication between them and booking. In addition there wasn’t any hand-soap.

I would rate it 0 if i can . Worst hotel I've ever been to. Power went off without any notice and they just called and said it will take an hour for it to get back how a hotel will run without electricity, secondly we asked for a trash bag for personal belongings and they said they don't have one without even trying to apologize or anything . Room was dirty and pillows and sheets had a big stain and the smell was 100% it was used by someone else. Very noisy slamming doors all the time and the stuff don't even smile at all and not to mention they don't speak English. And when we wanted to check out no one even came to carry our bags even though they where sitting in front of us
