The hotel is so is not very modern, however, everything is included. Even the things you have never thought about, e.g. ice cube. The service was excellent, although the staff May have difficulty to understand your language. They try so hard to help.. your room must be and everything was ready.lily done. We had a present stay in this hotel with the very excellent breakfast service . I would like to come here again and would recommend any of you to come experience this warm welcoming service.
The staff were nice and friendly, but unfortunately, the condition of the room was very disappointing. It was old, damaged, and not clean. A stained cover had been placed over the sofa, which made me think the actual sofa was even dirtier. The floor also had numerous stains. This definitely did not feel like a four-star hotel. We stayed during Golden Week and paid nearly $200 USD for one night in a single room—definitely not worth the price. The breakfast was underwhelming and unimpressive.
Room was so shabby and damaged. Seems like my room was the one which needed to be renovated. They should not let the guest use such a damaged room. Stains were everywhere, saw mould around the basin area, the sofa cover was terribly ripped off. Asked them to exchange the room to somewhere better but another room was almost the same. For long holiday, it was so painful to stay in this hotel, made me feel like throwing money into a bin.
