Location of hotel was good. Open -air onsen has great view of Mt Fuji. Will definitely stay again. Attached photo is the view from my bedroom.🤩
Excellent hotel with a magnificent view of Mount Fuji! The bar offers free orange juice and coffee with a stunning view of Fuji. We were also seated by the window for breakfast, which we loved. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony area, which is a rarity. The hot spring is amazing, with multiple baths and a view of Fuji. They also have a draft beer vending machine, which makes everything perfect.
I stayed in Suite 601, their premium room type. The view is amazing of Mount Fuji and that is why you would stay at the Gothic architecture inspired hotel. The suite itself had a kitchen, but no utensils or cookware to actually use. The private bathroom is quite a walk down a long corridor from your bedroom so no ensuite. The room itself was clean. I used the spa and had a massage which was excellent, but they only have one staff member servicing so not many appointment times available. The onsen was novel and I used a couple of times during my stay with good facilities and on the balcony overlooking Mount Fuji … breathtaking.
