Loved the entire experience! The location, surroundings, quality, accessibility and staff made it for us. Very courteous, resourceful and friendly staff. Even Kim from housekeeping stood out; she ensured that everything in the suite was timely and thoroughly attended to. I spent a weekend in this hotel. The residence is another building next to the hotel more old but still good rooms and service. You can use the pool in the hotel building even though there is a pool in the residence as well. The hotel is affordable and gives great value especially for the price and location. Only things to fix are the sauna that doesn't work and needs to be fixed and the shower gel smells horrible.

I had a wonderful 6-day, 5-night stay at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok, and I’d like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the Concierge Team and Front Desk. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Bellboy Hussadin, who went above and beyond to recommend great local spots, including massage parlours with skilled masseurs, a trusted salon for haircuts, and shopping areas that truly enhanced our Bangkok experience. His friendly, helpful attitude made getting around the city easy and enjoyable. I also want to express my appreciation to Front Desk Manager Natty, who handled a room issue on our first night with professionalism and care. The room initially had a few problems but Natty acted swiftly to move us to a better room and ensured the rest of our stay was smooth and comfortable. Her attentiveness and genuine concern truly made a difference. Highly recommended hotel, thanks to the people who make guests feel at home.
