Loved everything about this hotel. Walk straight onto beach, 10 minute beautiful walk to Cavtat town. Rooms spacious with gorgeous views. Entertainment just right and all the pools were perfect. Definitely recommend for families and couples. Perfect for my age group too - 55-60.
Didn’t feel this hotel should be a 4 star more of a 3 star firstly the hotel is right next to a busy airport, cleaning is not particularly good some the washrooms around pool side quite smelly, there is fairly good entertainment for the kids but hardly anything in the evening for adults, during the day we felt would of been nice just to have some background music! I found with all inclusive the food is never great I rather go bed and breakfast as a lot of the kind of food is served quite cold and same thing nearly every day, same with drinks beer especially like water really!
Very nice service at the bar, they smile and are helpful. We arrived at the hotel after 11am and the receptionist still had a cold dinner ready for us. And I am so sorry about it, that I am not able to write just a positive review. The hotel is close to the airport. The food at (just) dinner time was great! Rooms were clean and modern. At breakfast and lunch there was always something not replenished, sometimes queues I found it inconvenient that the restaurant staff were at 13:55 standing at the door and locked the door as 2pm struck, we were about to leave (we would have left earlier if we had been able to eat earlier- but there was not much to choose at some moments - it was empty). We watched as when the staff locked up, several people (even small boy) who were still getting drinks went inside and wanted to go back to the patio where they had their stuff, so they couldn't get back in. Both outdoor pools are children's pools, although the hotel advertises it otherwise. If I had to rate the price/performance ratio, I would have to rate it 0. They should charge at least 50% less for the service they provide. Maybe with another price I would say - (low) average all inclusive hotel.
