From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The service here is damn good—professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The hotel itself is spotless, with every corner maintained to perfection. Rooms: Spacious, well-designed, and immaculately clean. The blend of modern luxury with local heritage elements creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The beds are super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Safety: The hotel feels very secure, with attentive staff and well-monitored common areas. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Food & Drinks: Absolutely amazing! The variety and quality of the food are impressive, with delicious local and international dishes. Their dining experience truly reflects the 5-star standard.

Having not stayed here since before the COVID-19 pandemic, I typically chose other hotels. However, a recent full booking led me back, and I'm genuinely impressed. The hotel has undergone a remarkable transformation! The room now boasts a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, brighter room lighting , and new carpeting, among other enhancements. This refurbishment has entirely reshaped my perceptions. The gym has also been significantly upgraded with modern equipment. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings over my five-day stay were exceptional; the kitchen consistently provided an impressive variety, with roughly half the dishes changing daily, which I truly appreciated.

AC is not too cold but they did put one standing fan in the room, breakfast is nice. The pool is too cold my daughter does not even want to play. Receptionists are friendly. My room can see the sunset with the city view.
