We just stayed for 3 nights with a family of 3. The hotel is VERY nice. You can tell everything has been recently upgraded. The items that stood out in the room are the extremely comfortable beds, great AC, the awesome shower, and the blackout curtains work wonderfully. My daughter has celiac and the staff was so very accommodating and helpful in regards to food. If you are able to book the lounge and breakfast areas they are 100% worth it. I looked forward to the delicious breakfast and happy hour variety every day. A lot of the staff went above and beyond and Matthew especially helped to make our stay most pleasant. Other items to note: The hotel is within walking distance of Amsterdam Central as well as most of the city. Anything that wasn’t super close we were easily able to hop on the trams that run throughout the city. We were easily able to get to all of the attractions and restaurants in the city. We very much hope to come back and visit again soon!
The room was clean and absolutely no complaints. Service was great all around. Location was conveniently located to the tourist area of the city. The breakfast was phenomenal. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had at a Marriott.
The staff here, including Michael, Matthew, Alexis, and Peter are phenomenal. They tried so hard to make our stay perfect. The only problem was getting a room by the 4pm check-in, which ended up being around 530pm. The breakfast and dinner in the lounge is so wonderful. So much variety and it all changes every day! The quality of the food was excellent!
