Epic Stay at Renaissance Bangkok! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a professional fighter and movie actor, I've had my fair share of hotel experiences, but the Marriott Renaissance Hotel in Bangkok blew me away! I want to give a massive shoutout to the incredible staff for making my wife’s birthday and our special occasion truly epic. From the moment we checked in, the professionalism was top-notch. They surprised us with a fantastic birthday cake and a personal birthday card that really made my wife feel special. Plus, their recommendations for the hottest nightlife spots in Bangkok were absolutely on point—definitely the kind of energy you want when you're out on the town! And let me tell you about the 24/7 fitness room! It’s got a killer vibe with the best music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s pumping through the speakers. I could work out there all day! Huge thanks to the manager, Boo, for going the extra mile. You guys rocked it! Thumbs up to the Renaissance Marriott—I can’t wait to come back for another knockout stay! Thank you!
Great experience at Renaissance Bangkok. Been to Bangkok numerous times and this is our first at the property. Location was great, next to a train station and also link bridge to Central world & Siam Paragon. Room was clean and aircon working well. Water pressure not exactly the strongest but still good enough. Breakfast spread was adequate and best part not crowded at all during our stay there. However, we do find it puzzling that they placed their extra beds ( 3 or 4 sets ) just right outside the passageway of the guestroom. A very uncommon sight in a 5 star property!
I attended the training course at the hotel for 2 days with the bad experience since step into the hotel. No hotel staff to approach for help or even ask why I visit. Hotel atmosphere looks very dark. Water supply to restroom is stop since 8:30 until almost noon. No maid to clean or spray the odor during the day. Dessert during break is not enough for just only 20 persons and yes, not delicious. Our team expected on the buffet as this is 6 star hotel and you advertise on Sashimi, Seafood, Hokkaido crab leg BUT nothing in reality. Sushi is so bad, rice is so hard and the taste is so so. All of the food is dried and the taste is disappointed. Not much choice to select even the drink, just water and coffee from machine. BUT 1 machine is not working but no engineer to handle the case.
