Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel

Lovely Hotel n Location. Staff are friendly n welcoming. Highlight ….. The Food Studio, great Buffet spread and exceptional service from **Icey, Tia n Sharon**. Icey went out of the way to accommodate my daughter’s food to ensure no allergens , gave her a lovely gift and some cookies. We didn’t expect that but she surprised us. That’s service with Care !! Great work ladies.

Absolutely beautiful and friendly establishment. I stayed for over a week during our visit in Beijing. The hotel is situated in a really old part of the town, but the interior decoration has some really tasteful renovation that preserves oriental beauty and a sense of history. We stayed on the 15th floor with a view to the forbidden city. It is absolutely stunning. The curtains in our bedroom and in front of the bathtub are both motorized, giving it a touch of modern features. I had to request some late night cleaning along with deliveries of some takeout a few times during the stay and the staff were just so so helpful. I would absolutely come back and stay here during my next visit. Final comment: kudos to the hotel for having free wheel chairs. Just need to keep 500 yuan deposit in cash, which I got back upon returning the wheel chair.

The room is very standard hotel room. I am not saying small rather standard. It is good enough for two for sure. The location is very close to one of the best attractions in Beijing. But get to and get out of this area is the catch. We ends up in traffic near the hotel all the time. The service was very professional and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The pool, sauna, steam room are good to enjoy after a day of walking around in Beijing.
