I should start by saying I haven’t stayed at the hotel, but I did have an interaction with the staff today that I’d like to share. Long story short, my sister and brother-in-law just moved to Ross Bridge and their gentle giant, blind dog figured out how to open the front door and decided to have an adventure while they weren’t home today. When he wondered up to the hotel and a guest alerted the staff, they gave him food and water and reunited us with him when we showed up an hour and a half later. They couldn’t have been more kind and helpful to us and our dog and we are so thankful and appreciative for how they handled the situation. Also, shout out to the guy on the golf course who found him and let me know where he was - you’re awesome and your help was appreciated more than you know!

Overall very underwhelming experience. Stayed there for the weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday. From check in, to the dinner at Brock’s, to not having our rooms cleaned (even tho I asked for it) and the staff acting put out and annoyed at any question, the entire experience was disappointing. The rooms are spacious but old. The pillows in particular were almost flat. The only good part of the weekend stay was the massage at the spa. Jan is a great masseuse. Even the spa staff didn’t bother to give us a tour of the amenities or explain anything that was included in our services. Really unfortunate given the prices and that it’s a Marriott property.
