Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel

Hotel is nice. Rooms could use new carpet but overall seem recently updated. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Wish they offered room service or continental breakfast without using Meat Market with high prices. Did the pool bar and paid via waitress and didn’t realize they automatically add 20% gratuity so I tipped 2x since the machine asked for tip at payment. Kinda annoyed.

A property hotel providing service in line with the Marriott brand My room well appointed, lounge in the 5th floor was cleaned and of comfortable seating, not to mention a great variety of breakfast items to satisfy every palate. The pool grounds/area reaches the level of a 5 start hotel. I found the staff to be personable, cordial, and professional. Very good location, great restaurants near by (Houston's, Season 52, Cheesecake Factory). I will patronize this hotel again.

We recently stayed here due to home renovations and had a great experience. Michelle at the front desk was AMAZING! She was extremely accommodating due to our situation and such a friendly face everyday. The pool is beautiful and relatively quiet. The areas in need of an upgrade are the gym and housekeeping. We consistently had to ask for more towels and toilet paper.
