Impeccable hospitality and flawless service from checkin to checkout. If I listed all the names of the remarkable staff then it will take me ages. Safe to say that everyone was excellent regardless of their job title and role. As for the room, it was pristine and comfortable. And lastly the dining experience - cozy, tasty, and with ample selections that wasn’t repeated throughout my 3-night stay so I was able to enjoy the delectable variety. Location is 4/5 because it’s not walking distance to a metro station, however, they do provide complimentary shuttle service once a day. Overall, a wonderful stay that makes me want to come back.

Rooms are very good. Hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is fantastic with lake and city view. Food is so delicious prepared by Babu and team. Enjoyed Kerala special breakfast, Idli and sambar with them. It was a great and memorable experience.

It was very time here with an amazing view, from our room we saw the top of the Burj khalifa. Pool on the top is very cool too ! Everyone is very professional and respectful, It was a very funny birthday for my fiance during breakfast, all of the staff wished him a birthday with a slice of chocolate cake, that was adorable! Inside you have an asian restaurant, good food, good decorations, I mean , we had a very great time. Not too far from downtown (taxi or bus or car) .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
