I had an amazing stay, i want to say thank you to Robert and all his team for an amazing few days in Caracas My room was good, good bed and decent shower. Breakfast is very good with nice local food.
The best hotel in Caracas. We were there for 5 nights. The location is very central with lots of restaurants and shops all around. The gym is well equiped with machines and free weights. The hamburger in the restaurant is delicious!
The hotel is nice and well located. It's kept in good shape unlike other hotels. What killed my stay there was that we had no TV service and that's unacceptable. To make it worst there was nos information or updates no letters and no apologies. In fact they wanted to charge me some additional fees at check out which I did not pay. I will be send a letter to Marriott to complain.
