Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The hotel was in a safe and exciting area. Not over crowded but just right. There's food and shopping right there in the mall attached to the hotel. Our room was so cute. We had a wonderful view of the marina and our beds were very comfortable. The staff was on top of house keeping and this hotel smelled amazing! The parking was right next to the hotel which was super convenient. I wished I could have stayed forever. Special thanks to Moises at the front door. He was there to answer all our questions and tell us about great places to go. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to the Marina view room. The room, although a little small, was well appointed. The room was clean but the carpet appeared old and somewhat dirty. Breakfast buffet was good and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel (next to Marina and a shopping mall) was nice and provided a good alternative to the traditional resorts. We enjoyed exploring the marina area and the many local restaurants near the marina.

This hotel doesn’t have beach. Though they give you access to its beach club the beach isn’t nice, it is very shallow and there are algae all over the sea bed. The hotel is new and all its facilities are perfect. The gym is very well equipped and the swimming pool is of good size, and also there is a jacuzzi in there. Our bed was fantastic, the room includes Nespresso coffee every day.
