Renaissance Chengdu Hotel

It was an amazing room, and ammenities although might be able to improve further on the lobby outlook and elevator but room was a top notch world class quality

Good location, nice facilities and staff. Near airport in didi (taxi) and metro station near. Rooms spacious and always clean.

I was visiting China over the holiday, and decided to stay at this hotel. I checked in and thought everything was going well; until i checked out my room. There was rat hair in the bed. I know it was rat hair because i eat rats, and I recognize the texture. I let that slide though, because I eat rats. I went to use the bathroom and there was a big giant human dropping not only inside the toilet, but also in the sink. I thought this was weird but i also let it slide. When i went down to get all inclusive lunch and they told me they know what I like best and came out with a piece of fried chicken, that was burnt and had no skin on it.
