We loved this hotel! It’s very clean and well kept. The beds are SO COMFY! Rooms are quiet and cozy and the staff was outstanding and SO KIND. It’s close enough to drive into the city for the day and central to all the suburbs. We very much enjoyed our stay!
Absolutely the Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed In This place was a complete nightmare. It felt more like a noisy dorm than a hotel—there was zero soundproofing in the hallway. During our stay, there was a wedding, and guests were shouting in the halls from 1 to 4 AM. I barely slept because I kept getting woken up by all the noise right outside my door. The room was completely outdated. The bed was broken and made loud squeaking noises every time I moved. The bathroom shower was awful, the towels were thin and cheap, the coffee in the room was undrinkable, and the Wi-Fi was so unstable I couldn’t even watch TV. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk staff member who helped us switch rooms was very kind and understanding. I really appreciated that. But unfortunately, everything else about the hotel was a disaster. I honestly cannot believe this is rated as a four-star hotel. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid it too.
I had a truly disappointing experience with this hotel. United booked me a room here after my flight was canceled, but when I arrived an hour later, the front desk informed me that they had overbooked and canceled my reservation right on the spot. The lady at front was rude and unhelpful, basically telling me to sort it out on my own. As someone who works in hospitality, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. This hotel definitely needs to retrain their staff on customer service and how to handle overbookings. Because she definitely didn’t handle it correctly or professionally.
