Renaissance Columbus Westerville Polaris Hotel

We recently stayed at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel for a combination of our daughter’s soccer tournament and my wife’s birthday—and it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They took extra care to acknowledge my wife’s birthday, which made the stay even more memorable. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to great service. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing between tournament games. The location was convenient, and the hotel had just the right mix of upscale comfort and laid-back atmosphere. Big thanks to the entire team at the Renaissance for making our weekend special. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we're in town!

Very nice hotel and would stay here again. Check in was easy, access to room was very easy and the room itself was very spacious. Everything I would expect and more. The first floor bar has good drinks with a nice outdoor patio area and the lounge had snacks and drinks to stop by when needed. Was here for business and very aspect of the visit to the hotel was nice. Would be back if my travels bring me back to the area again.

I was here on business and this was the first time I had stayed in this particular hotel. This was definitely an upgrade from your average hotel. Everything had been updated to be very modern. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. They have a very nice bar and viewing area and a decent menu of you decide to eat in. My only complaint... the elevators are SLOOOOOW. Not a big deal, but noticeable. 10/10 would stay again.
