Everything was great! I wish I remember the name of the young lady at the front desk. I believe it was someone like (Ajah) but I didn’t have a chance to write my review after meeting her! She was positively delightful! The STAR is the visit was the calamari with Thai chili sauce. You can order it in the bar/lounge or the restaurant. It was so delicious we went back twice for it!

Before my trip, I needed help from the front desk on room changes. They were simply excellent and so cheerful! I love that there was real half and half for my coffee in the room. The conference facilities were well-appointed and convenient. The restaurant and lounge had great food. The beds were comfortable, although a little soft for my taste. The pillows were lovely; I usually bring my own, so this was a happy surprise. I didn't seem to be able to control the temperature of my room. However, I did not call the front desk about it, so it could have been user error! Be sure to join the Bonvoy Rewards Club free online in order to get free Wi-Fi Etc with your stay.

This was a business trip for my husband. We don't usually stay at a Renaissance hotel. We are Hilton honors members. The neighborhood was nice. It is next to the Addison airport so I watched planes take off in the morning while we ate breakfast in the room. Some of them you could hear, but it didn't bother me. Across the North Tollway was a Whole Foods grocery store, Walmart, variety of restaurants. We ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel to save time for my husband so he could arrive on time to his meetings. There was a Grab and Go station with breakfast and lunch items available for purchase. The room was comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower. We were on the 8th floor and the view was nice. Beware of your door. The lock on our door stuck each time we opened the door. If we had not been OCD and checked our door it would have remained open. We had to manually push the lock back into place for the door to completely close. The elevators, there were 6 of them, all had a foul odor. At one time, the hallway lights all turned off and the emergency lights came on. Just be aware. We did not use the pool or gym. We did not eat in the restaurant or go to the bar.
