Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel

Hotel is nice. Pros: rooms are nice. Views are great. Pillows and beds aren’t worn out. Bathrooms have mood lighting. they have a lounge for elite members. pool on the 3rd floor. Restaurant and the bar downstairs are both good. There’s also a ton of restaurants walking distance with the food mall nearby. Cons: I believe the AC is motion controlled, I may be wrong. First night got hot then I noticed the sensor wasn’t pointed at the bed. Pointed it at the bed and didn’t have any more issues. You do have to pay to park.

Love love this particular renaissance property. Alyssa Lee and her fantastic team made our anniversary stay the most amazing experience. They sent a fabulous cookie experience up to our room with milk and berries. I’m very impressed with the hospitality. We will be back very soon we have it booked for our son’s birthday and I’m so excited. Thank you so much for creating luxury for us.

Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel From the moment I stepped out of my car and handed over my keys to valet, I knew I was in for a wonderful experience at the Renaissance Dallas Plano legacy west hotel. The hotel itself is spectacular and welcome I received from the staff set the tone for my stay. Checking in was a breeze, although they didn’t have an upgrade available, I was offered a lovely room on a high floor, which was much appreciated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and valued as a titanium member. I enjoyed a great drink at the bar before heading out on the shuttle to curry pizza. That was an additional treat not having to drive within 5 miles radius. A special thanks to Tony for crafting an exceptional drink that enhanced my evening. While there was a minor issue with one staff member, I believe it’s important not to let that overshadow the overall positive experience I had. I highly recommend this hotel and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.
