We stayed for a volleyball tournament. The staff were very helpful and nice. The restaurant and bar were superior. The rooms were a good size and clean. The parking convenient and lots of spaces. Very close to the convention center where the girls played.
This staff is absolutely amazing! Some of the nicest staff I've ever witnessed! Matthew and Rosanna are great! Wonderful restaurant next to Lobby with nightly drinks. Up in the concierge lounge are the wonderful and happy Jasmine and Debra! So welcoming and brilliant! The food is incredible! Skyline view table my favorite of the D! The rooms are clean, the bedding cozy, the front desk brilliant. Can't wait to venture back next year, make great memories again:) Thank you Renaissance, never change!
Don’t waste your time or money. I travel 200 plus nights a year for work and this Place is the disappointment of the year. It’s like an episode of the Jetson’s gone bad. If you want an air conditioner that works and enough customers service to order dinner or breakfast go to the many other hotel properties in the area. There are two nice full service Hilton properties near by.
