It was a beautiful property we attended an evening event here & the staff was very professional. Your events/ convention services department was lovely and they set the room perfectly. Housekeeping was also very attentive to public areas. Thank you all for a wonderful experience at your property. We are even considering a weekend stay at your property while we have movers take our things to our new home in September.
Stayed for one night attending a sports tournament. Room was good, enjoyed the bath. Overall the stay was good. Only taking 1 star because the food is expensive and there is no complimentary breakfast
The staff were amazing. Crystal was extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed. Our flight was delayed and we didn't have access to our luggage, so Crystal prepared a toiletry bag for each of us and delivered it to our rooms. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was new. The bathroom is dated and the air conditioner was a little noisy. The carpets in the hallway have seen better days. It is obvious that the hotel is making improvements in many areas. The friendly staff is the main reason I would return.
