This is a beautiful hotel! Very comfortable bed and pillows. They have a delicious, abundant breakfast buffet although pricey. We wanted to swim in the indoor heated pool but the room was very hot and very steamy. It felt like a sauna. When we asked if this was normal, they said they would check into it but several hours later nothing had changed. So much for a swim! Friendly and helpful desk staff and valet.

First time staying here and it was great! The pool and hot tub added to the joy of staying here as a family. Sadly no room service, so you’ll have to go downstairs for food. There is a nice cafe available before 5PM. There was also a bartender on staff that was very friendly and made great drinks. The junior suite was very nice and clean! The view was great for waking up to and having a coffee. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area.

Stayed here once before and had a good time. Unfortunately this time our room would not get cooler than 73, no matter what we set it to. We heard another guest complaining at the front desk while we checked in that her room was 80 degrees. We figured it was an issue with multiple rooms, so we didn't bother asking to switch. The pool is nice but the pool was warmer than the hot tub. And one of the pool lights was popped out of the wall and still connected with a long exposed wire. We decide not to keep swimming for fear of it causing a shock. We were going to report it but then watched an employee walk by the pool stop and look directly at it. So we assumed he saw it. Unfortunately the next day the issue was still there. We also got charged twice for parking. $15 when we booked and then $17 when we checked in. Not sure why but we got charged a total of $32 for parking for one night. Had we not paid it on our room fee, the hotel parking garage only charges $22 a night if you just pay as the garage. Too many issues for a hotel that is supposed to be high class. We will likely find a new hotel next time in the area.
