My husband and I got married in Denver and used the Renaissance as our hotel. Lily was great to work with and was very nice with coordinating the hotel block. The hotel blook pricing was very affordable (for Denver) – I had reached out to over 15 Denver hotels and the Renaissance had the best pricing for the weekend. Our guests were very happy with their rooms, which were very nice and clean. We were upgraded to a suite for the weekend – and it was awesome! I got ready with my bridesmaids in the suite and it was so fun. The hotel, which is an old bank, is absolutely beautiful. The lobby of the hotel is absolutely stunning. We took pictures inside the lobby and right outside the building and they looked so cool.
Review: Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment you step inside, the Renaissance Denver Downtown sets itself apart with an atmosphere of elegance, professionalism, and hospitality that’s on another level. Every detail of the hotel is top-notch—from the immaculate cleanliness to the sharp décor and fast, friendly service. The staff here, from management to associates, are not only extremely professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. It’s like stepping out of the ordinary and into a world where customer service actually means something. Unlike many other spots around Denver, this hotel truly makes you feel at home. Every interaction was on point, and you can tell there's a high standard being upheld throughout the property. While the parking isn’t free, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places to stay in Denver. The value, the comfort, and above all—the people—make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.
We had an excellent experience at this location. The staff was welcoming, especially Tyler (front desk) who answered our many questions and assisted us in an allergy scare. He was friendly, informative and efficient. The hotel is beautiful, we enjoyed drinks at the bar, the pianist, ate chicken and crab cakes at the restaurant. The evening restaurant manager was accommodating, engaging and professional. I can't recall his name. The only issue is the standard king room was a bit small to walk around for the week we stayed, so we'll request a suite or larger room next time
