Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa Indian Wells

This resort gives a great value. Unlile other resorts in Palm Springs in the summer, the pool is surrounded by hotel structures, providing enough shades in the hot afternoon. This is a big differentiator for my family. The breakfast was good too. A little pricey at $38 but we didn't have to drive and wait in other restaurant. The juice machine was great.

It is my second stay at this hotel and it is fantastic. Attentive staff, great amenities, great location just minutes from the airport. Even though my previous trips were business meetings, in the future I am looking forward to vacation here and enjoy the great ambiance

I can’t say enough about our experience at this location. My son and I were there for a few days over Mothers Day weekend- and it was dreamy from the moment we checked in- to check out. We had an early flight into PS and arrived to the hotel WAY too early- but yet, we were told upon our arrival … “no problem, your room is ready”- And BAM! We were in our room! We headed straight to the pool- the staff there was also beyond! The next morning when we headed down to get coffee- “Our guy”- remembered where we sat at the pool the day before and went ahead and put towels on the chairs we had sat the day we arrived. Housekeeper was also so sweet and kind. Burgers we ordered from room service were fantastic. Rooms were great. I realize that it is the low season- but this staff did not make us feel like that at all! Best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel EVER. Sorry for the long review- But I am just super pleased.
