Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West Hotel

The beds here are incredibly comfy, top-tier for sure! Even though the hotel’s been around a while, it’s been well cared for and has a refreshed feel throughout. The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and gives off a welcoming vibe right when you walk in. The Food and Beverage Manager went above and beyond, so warm and accommodating. It’s the kind of place you feel good about coming back to!

Nice location! Close to Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Sawgrass outlets! Comfy beds. The 9th floor food is actually great! The restaurant near the front desk is good as well. I suggested the ribeye with horseradish sauce. Very good. The crab cake is delicious too. The largest issue at this property is the housekeeping services. They are really lagged out. I waited 26 hrs for towels. My room was never cleaned properly the floors were sticky from my husband dropping sn orange the first day we were there. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly during the stay. The front desk was friendly and accommodating for my stay. I did mention the housekeeping issue and they hopefully will rectify. As a titanium member, I do recommended this property. Enjoy!

I have stayed at this location for more than 10 nights in the last year. It is consistently adequate. The beds have been decent, the rooms fairly quiet. Issues I have encountered include a lackluster gym (especially considering the nightly price of the hotel), slow elevators and room floors that are dirty. That said it's a location that is approved by my corporate travel so I'll continue to stay here when in the area.
