Hotel is nice and close to a mall with food and shopping options, the city is quite far away about 40 minutes but airport is very close
It's a great hotel, definitely a 4 or 5 star. The rooms are large and comfortable, with nice views of the golf course from the balcony. The Ritz Carlton is next door and they share the spa (and maybe the pool area?) the pool area is lush and feels very upscale. They are having a refit of the club lounge, so elite members are invited to high tea and cocktail hour in the lobby bar - the small cakes were excellent. Breakfast was a little disappointing - we came about 7:15 and there were no staff. No kitchen staff to serve guests and the food on display was cold. Tables were very dirty with other guest dishes and no staff were there to clear them. I thought it was odd for a high class hotel.
Beautiful hotel with spacious clean rooms and great service. Unfortunately a very sour impression was left at the end beacause we have never been returned our deposit of 2000 RMB which we paid by card at the beginning of our stay. Neither have we received any explanation as to why the deposit has not been returned. We are absolutely sure we have not damaged anything in the room or elsewhere during our stay.
