Renaissance Izmir Hotel

Renaissance Izmir Hotel was one of the best surprises of my vacation. The hotel was spotless, extremely comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. At the very end of my stay, they upgraded me to a better room — such a kind and unexpected gesture that made my trip even more memorable. What amazed me most was how every single staff member was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional. From the valet service to reception, housekeeping to the restaurant team — everyone was excellent. The food was delicious, the service top-notch, and I truly felt valued as a guest. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t even consider staying anywhere else in Izmir again!

Great location close to everything including restaurants, public transport and shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was great and staff everywhere were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the upgrade as platinum. Only thing was that closet was dark and sometimes hard to see where my stuff was. I look forward to returning.

• The hotel offers an excellent overall experience. • The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. • We do recommend operating the cooling system during certain months when the weather is unpredictable, as this would improve guest comfort. Additionally, the carpets and curtains in the rooms could use some renovation. Aside from these minor points, everything was outstanding. • The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry pier, though it doesn’t offer a direct waterfront view. • It’s close to many restaurants and cafés, and just a few minutes away from Kemeraltı Çarşı and the Clock Tower Square. • Public transportation services are also easily accessible from the hotel.
