Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre

Had a short vacation with my family and overall we had a good experience. I requested Father's Day celebration before check-in, the hotel already arranged and sent us a slice of cake and balloon, sweet and thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated! Early check-in and late check-out were granted, which gave us more time to enjoy the facilities. Small water park and slide were great for our kid. Lucky we got to enjoy the pool in the afternoon, when we went back in the evening, it was very crowded since the pool is shared with the hotel next door. Also for those planning to try the wall climbing: you must wear shoes. There were a couple of minor issues, the room had a stained cup and comforter, and the toilet wasn’t very clean when we arrived (hair near the bathtub). Hopefully, housekeeping can improve this in the future. Also, our room faced the KL Tower and there was a lot of noise at night. Even though earplugs were provided, they didn’t help much. It would be great if the hotel could improve soundproofing for these rooms. Thumbs up to all the staff who served us, we were really satisfied with how friendly and helpful everyone was. Overall, a satisfying stay with great service and family-friendly amenities. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

FANTASTIC FIVE STAR AMBIANCE AS EXPECTED. Very close to twin towers, almost walkable distance, and also the metro station is foot steps in the hotel is great. Make sure to have the experience and service provided there. Some rooms offer the twin tower views. Big pool. The Spa is awesome.. Restaurant offers fabulous options to choose from. Good choice for your money.
