Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

Stayed here one night due to our flight getting cancelled and our airline booking us into this hotel. The day was very stressful and long, but the front desk staff were incredible to deal with after such a bad day. They were very efficient, super friendly and answered any annoying questions we had. The shuttle runs often, and does not take very long to get you to and from the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and had nice duvet and pillows. Location is very close to the airport which is nice but there is not a ton of things within walking distance around it.

Well it is convenient to get to the airport. Thanks for having shuttle service. I arrived at the hotel. No one helped with baggage🙄 I guess people didn't want to work after 9 pm. The breakfast staff was extremely slow. Lunch at the bar was a bit better. When it was time to get on the shuttle, No one helped guide me to the vehicle with the baggage. 😳 Anyway, it was one night. I Survived😁

The Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel is a nice property located close to Los Angeles International Airport. When you enter the hotel, you are welcomed by a modern and attractive lobby, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. When I got to my room, I noticed that it was well maintained and looked nice overall. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt clean and inviting. However, it was also easy to see that some parts of the room are beginning to look a bit dated. Everything was still in good condition, but I think a refresh might be needed in the next year or two to keep things feeling up to date. If you have a quick flight out of LAX, I think this is a great hotel to consider. I would recommend it for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.
