The Spa was one of several places I wanted to experience as a part of my Birthday weekend and out of everything this one was the BEST Birthday gift. I’ve always wanted to have a Spa experience like the one’s I’ve seen on TV, where the women wear robes and wrap their hair with towels. This was that plus more. I had a facial and the young lady took her time and it felt amazing!!! I also took a dip in the whirlpool once my facial was done and it was just as amazing! I’ve decided to cancel my Orange Theory membership so that I can include this in my monthly budget. Yes, it’s that needed!!!
Absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. Currently staying in 1117 and the view is breathtaking. The hotel is so clean. I’m so picky and I’m uncomfortable in unclean environments. I am so impressed by how clean this place is. From the parking lot to the front door, to the elevators, the hallways and most importantly the room. It smelled fresh everywhere. All the trash cans were empty. The door handles and windows look clean. I couldn’t find one thing wrong. Not a scrape on any wall. No scratches on any of the furniture. The tub and toilet are both very clean and the sheets crispy white. No stains on any on the furniture. I wish every hotel was this well taken care of. I have never felt so comfortable outside of my own home. I don’t know how old this place is but it looks brand new. I just wanted to give my thanks and appreciation to the staff. You clearly work hard to maintain this place and take pride in it. Anytime we are in town we will be staying here or I don’t want to go.
I stayed here during a work conference for 3 days. Everyday I was met by friendly attentive staff. From Lenwell, Cassidy & Graceland at the indoor coffee bar to my friend Anna making great cocktails at the patio bar. The recommendations to local restaurants, bars, and museums were spot on. The hotel was clean, bright and rooms were very spacious. I travel A LOT and this facility did not disappoint.
