Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette French Qtr Area Hotel

I don't want to give them a 4 star because they're in a great location and the service was good. The rooms are good. They were very clean. We had all the amenities that we needed. It does seem like no matter what hotel you go to. They forget to give you an extra blanket. But I think that's kind of normal now, right? So everybody else stop stealing the blankets. You didn't buy them just cause you rented the room for a night. They're not yours to take home! Go buy your own blanket! The coffee was very good at the coffee shop and the restaurant also very good food. Enjoyed the time with family and friends. We'd go back and stay there again!!

I read a few mixed reviews but this was the most affordable, I’m so glad I chose to stay here. Blown away by the service at front desk. Paige went out of her way to make me feel incredibly welcomed when I first arrived, Bradley did a great job manning front desk and hotel solo when we had a false fire alarm, Coriana was kind and helped me out also during my stay. The other crew I walked past but didn’t speak to were always courteous and genuine in their well wishes. It has been incredibly refreshing to be treated with such kindness, respect and hospitality once again. This is what good service is, thank you to you all you represent Marriott very well.

Cordell and Wanton in the valet were extremely helpful. Got our cars really quick no waiting. These guys are the GOAT. Also light skin guy with glasses at the front desk, sorry I didn’t get his name. He checked us in and checked us out, your service is outstanding. Thank you again for your exceptional service! Rooms/bathroom clean and bed was just right!
