Renaissance New York Chelsea Hotel

We had a great stay here! The room allocated to us was spacious and nice! The staff is very attentive and super nice/efficient. Free bottles of water provided at the reception. Coffee in the rooms. The only disadvantage is it’s not super well connected to public transportation but that’s okay as it was a nice area to walk in.

We spent 8 days at the Renaissance Chelsea in a King Room with a view, and overall, we had a great experience. The room was quite spacious by New York standards, which was a pleasant surprise. However, a bit more storage space would have been appreciated for a longer stay. The location is excellent — centrally situated, making it easy to explore the city. One of the highlights was definitely the view from our room, which was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Despite the rooftop nightclub, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. We had no trouble sleeping, which is a big plus in a city that never sleeps. One thing to keep in mind is the daily $30 service fee, which needs to be used within the hotel — at the bar, restaurant, or for breakfast. It’s a good idea to plan ahead to make the most of it. All in all, a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel — a solid choice for a New York stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Chelsea! The staff was friendly, the vibe of the hotel was warm and inviting, and everything felt fresh and well-kept. Our room, while appropriately "NYC-sized" (translation: cozy!), was thoughtfully laid out and very comfortable — exactly what we needed for our time in the city. The location is fantastic, with so much to explore right outside the door, and yet our room was peaceful and quiet when we were ready to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again! The room was by no means perfect but it felt really, really great. I travel a ton for work and I enjoyed this hotel.
