Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel

I had an incredible stay at! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Saarah, whose warmth and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Her genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. 😊 The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Apollo Theater 🎭 and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants 🍽️ and shops. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with artistic touches that reflect Harlem’s rich history. My suite had breathtaking views of Central Park 🌳 and the city skyline 🌆, making every morning feel magical. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or efficient service throughout my stay, they made me feel truly valued. 💙 If you're looking for a hotel that offers luxury ✨, culture 🎶, and convenience, this is the place to be. Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff were extremely welcoming, patient and friendly. I would give 5 stars but the restaurant seemed a little chaotic. We had reservations for dinner but came early. We were told it was going to be a 2 hour wait which was fine. It was busy so we understood. Since we did not want to wait that long, we ordered food to go. When we received our food, it was lukewarm. Also, the portions are really small for the price. I do recommend

the stay was cool, check in was smooth no troubles . i lost my wallet at the rooftop event that the hotel hosted and i notified the staff the following morning. i was told that the general manager ( GM) wouldn’t be in that day , i respectfully understood but voiced that i was checking out the next day and i had a flight to catch. the staff member that was assisting me told me that the GM would be in at 11am. i came down at 11am the day im leaving , just to be told the GM is not here and would not be in til 4pm. my other option as explained by the staff who was talking to the GM at the moment was to pay for an uber for the key to be delivered which was $87 . i’m not paying for that.. like excuse me ??! At this point im aggravated because i dont have my ID and the GM doesn’t seem to have any sense of urgency to assist a paying customer. i finally got my wallet back and it was handed to me by a staff member, the general manager himself didn’t feel the need to hand it to me nor apologize for the inconvenience he caused. i now have to try and make to my flight at 4pm and its 2:44pm. The priority and satisfaction of their customer isn’t something that they value and it shows. absolutely unacceptable be better and do better!
