Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel

Our room was spacious and housekeeping was the best. They kept our room stocked with a lot of towels and did an awesome job cleaning our room daily. Had a nice large balcony as well! The valet attendants were especially friendly, fun, and greeted us professionally yet with a personal engaging welcome upon departing and arriving many times a day. The restaurant food was very good and we quickly made friends with the servers and bartenders. We made use of the pool and the gym daily. Both areas were clean and spotless. We really enjoyed our stay! We will be booking our next stay at the Renaissance.

The Valet team is excellent, setting the tone for the wonderful hospitality the Renaissance team delivered during our stay. Tyler and Triston are identical in both appearance (because they are twins) and world class hospitality. They treated us like guests and made us feel at home. I noticed they did that consistently with other guests too, which is important because consistent guest service is hard to do. There were two other team members from the the valet staff, who were also so kind to us. I believe their names were Chris and Alex, I hope I got their names right! Your valet team are the first group of people your guests interact with and they do a fantastic job welcoming us to a hospitable stay!

I just want to take a moment to recognize the valet attendant Tyler. From the first time I arrived and everytime in between he greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely inviting energy. It’s such a great first impression for the hotel. He is always quick to assist, whether it’s helping with my car or simply asking how I’m doing. That small act of kindness and attention makes a big difference. Professional, friendly, and efficient, truly top-notch service every time.
