Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel

I was incredibly impressed with the kindness of the waite staff. Raul was incredibly friendly and helped me during breakfast. I witnessed him handle an upset guest with nothing, but kindness. This man was very late to breakfast and their breakfast was shut. The man was unnecessarily unkind to the staff. Raul and the staff handled the situation well with compassion and kindness. I would stay here again. Good location, good value for your money and a great staff including a very friendly front desk. I highly recommend.

There wasn’t anything particularly standout or luxurious, but it didn’t need to be—it’s a reliable, no-frills option that gets the job done. Nothing negative stood out either, which is always a plus. We booked this hotel while visiting Paris for the first time and most of the centrally located hotels were booked and over priced. It is a modern hotel located in business district, and around 30min away from main attractions. If traveling as a tourist then not really ideally located. The time we checked in our Son was warmly welcomed with a Teddy 🧸 and a box of chocolate which was a good gesture and a nice touch. Rooms are bigger in size and even the bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious. However, air-conditioning wasn't working the time we checked in and after request they provided a fan. There are some pros and cons which I would highlight: Pros: 1. Bigger rooms 2. Friendly staff 3. Child friendly Cons: 1. Location is not ideal for tourists 2. Only 1 restaurant with limited options 3. No tea spoon or milk provided in the room Overall, it's a good hotel but certain things weren't available as per 4star hotel.
