Nice & Comfy as a Marriott standard. We enjoy our family trip staying here. Very peaceful atmosphere not so chaos, even if they have a function catering. Room : Nice & Clean, We request a connecting room and we got it. Food : I ordered room service, was good. Breakfast: lots of food, plenty choices for anyone Service: Great!!! The staff at breakfast restaurant even recognized what type of coffee we had yesterday!! Keep up a good work please because I plan to go back next time if I am in Pattaya.
If you have a dog and want to bring it to holiday with you then you must stay at this hotel. Such a marvellous stay with amazing dining experience. Pebbles hast the tastiest food and the best service. The staff at the Renaissance are always attentive and they always have a smile on their faces! Especially khun Johnnie who is the most attentive and pays the most attention to the guests.
We had a perfect stay at Renaissance Pattaya. This place is good for recharge as it not far from Bangkok. Good Breakfast is complete our 3 nights stay special big thanks to Johnie. He had a real service mind and professional. We definitely coming back here when we back to Thailand.
