Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Conference Center

We stayed for a convention that took place in the hotel. It was early July. Very helpful staff right at the start. The restaurant was wonderful with both terrific service at dinner and at breakfast and delicious food. The salad I ate was one of the best I've ever had. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and near empty during our stay. The special drink from the bar for the convention was really a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.

I went to this hotel for a conference, but I was not staying in the hotel so I can’t speak to the quality of the rooms, save for the fact that the lobby felt nice. What I can speak to though was the service. The front desk helped me to find things, which is always appreciated. Also, the conference hosted a lunch, and the lunch had staff looking after each table - an experience uncommon to me at conferences. My table was waited on by Nolan and Maria and they were outstanding in their service. In the evening there was also an open bar, and the staff continued to be fantastic. Rhonda was able to predict what I wanted before I even asked, which was a positively fantastic experience.

We just arrived and Jackie was able to check us in early. It’s our first time here and she had a lot of knowledge and suggested some really cool restaurants and things to do. So friendly and the hotel room is very spacious and clean. Thank you! In addition to the hotel being great, dining in the hotel restaurant for breakfast was a really nice experience. The quality of the food was really good and our server Sharon was very attentive and cheerful. She served us twice and both times she started our morning with a great smile and energy! If you are here for spring training, this is a great hotel to stay at!
