We are having an unforgettable stay at this amazing hotel. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the rooms are spacious and luxurious – especially the pool villas, which offer the perfect combination of comfort and privacy. The cleanliness throughout the property is impeccable. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea, with an excellent restaurant offering a wide selection of delicious dishes, the pool staff are attentive and caring, making the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the poolside menu is both diverse and of high quality. Most importantly, the staff go above and beyond in every interaction – always attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, a special thanks to JJ and Dennis from the bellboy team. My partner and I had an unforgettable two-night stay at the Renaissance Phuket. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with exceptional service and pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a private pool villa. The villa was beautiful—offering total privacy, comfort, and tranquility. The resort is impeccably maintained, with attentive staff who consistently went above and beyond. Room service was outstanding—prompt, professional, and perfect for a relaxing night in. As someone with celiac disease, I was especially impressed by the dining options. Every restaurant offered delicious food, and the staff took my gluten-free needs seriously, with clear understanding and precautions to prevent cross-contamination. I felt completely safe and well cared for. During our stay, I also needed a private space for a quick business meeting, and the resort arranged a quiet, well-equipped room that was perfect for the occasion—an unexpected but greatly appreciated touch. While the surf was rough in June and we didn’t spend much time on the beach, the pool and lounge areas were ideal for unwinding after a long journey from the Phi Phi Islands. I highly recommend the Renaissance Phuket to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay—it truly exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at the Renaissance in May and it turned out to be one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had! Although it was the low season and it rained throughout our entire trip, the resort went above and beyond by upgrading us to a pool villa, something we were incredibly thankful for. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay despite the weather, and we truly did. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, which made our visit all the more memorable. We dined at the hotel’s restaurants and were impressed by both the food and the service as well. Special shoutout to the spa too, we had a fantastic massage thanks to the skilled and attentive therapists. Despite the gloomy weather, our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The rooms and the amazing staff definitely deserve a full 5 stars!
