Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel

Special shout-out to Julie at the front desk for accommodating a special request that made a very special occasion even more special. She snuck into my room after I proposed to my girlfriend to help decorate with some of my provisions and Julie had the vision that really made an our re-entry to the room extra special. She went above and beyond and I was grateful. And thanks to her co-worker at the front desk for taking these amazing pictures in the lobby

Excellent hotel with really nice rooms and outstanding location. From the second, I got there. The staff really made me feel welcome and went out of their way to help whenever there was a chance to. The room was spacious and well appointed with comfortable bed and workstation. I had a beautiful view of the allegheny River. If you are there for a game, it’s just a quick walk over the bridge. There is a parking garage across the street from the hotel if you don’t want to do valet. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

For an older building, the decor was conducive to its roots while bringing modern amenities where it counts. Try for a river view, it's worth it. The staff were awesome, seriously, I don't often use that word. Even when I had problem with was charged to my card, they researched it quickly and took care of it. The location was close to a range of fantastic restaurants, cultural options and a short Uber to nightlife. Have fun in Pittsburgh
