Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa

This is the best hotel in Reno. It’s part of Marriott so that is nice for points. But the overall vibe here is very good and different from what we’ve experienced elsewhere when in town visiting family. Ben at the front desk and the car valet team get an extra shout out for being so attentive. Also want to gove props to the valet team - Abby T and Raf - they took great care of our car and were hustling!

I stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Reno for a nursing conference and was very happy with my experience. The location was excellent right near the riverwalk with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference after a long day. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable just what I needed. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Reno.

So impressed with this hotel. Absolutely love the artwork everywhere. So many neat details all over the property. The staff are insanely kind and happy. Chelsea has been helping us have the stay of our dreams! She has gone above and beyond to provide such an amazing experience and even found some vouchers for local museums to use after we told her I love museums! It feels like the honeymoon we never really had, even staying here with our infant child. Bode has stopped by to ask if we needed any help too. The hotel is very clean, the restaurants are fantastic and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience. I hope Chelsea is paid super well because she is an amazing asset to your hotel.
