The staff everywhere at the hotel is amazing and really friendly. Love the indoor and outdoor lounges it has, to chill and relax Service is good! Mall is just 10 mins walk across the street
Fantastic hotel. Nice rooms. Great location. Good service. Nice amenities. The restaurants they have on site are really good, and the lounge is excellent!
Such a cheap hotel. A complete disastrous service, particularly the front desk manager. We made the reservation from Marriott official app. When we checked in, the front desk claimed that they could not find the order. The male manager was particularly rude and seemed very discriminate against non-Spanish speakers. When we insisted and they finally acknowledge the reservation, there was no apologize at all. The rude manager just simply walked away. Also, this hotel charges everything, the water and the coffee pod. We have never stayed in such a cheaper high-end Marriott property. Their service was even worse than a courtyard. They also faked the charges for the mini bar, giving you the bill over the things that you have not consumed. And they never apologized for the mistakes, simply saying "if you believe it was wrong, then it was." Such an a-hole. We complaint this to Marriott but no feedback yet. A genuine warning for foreign traveller: avoid this hotel as much as possible unless you have no other option.
