Room was clean and the bed was comfy. I like that they stocked Kevin.Murphy products for the bathroom (shampoo, etc). Location is right in the heart of downtown, we could walk to get dinner. The breakfast buffet was great, one of the better ones I’ve had. It is $30/pp and the service was great, though I think reception should make it more clear at check in that it will be charged to the room and is not complimentary, but I do think the quality of food and service was worth it. It was close enough to the freeway that made getting out of Seattle seamless. Would definitely stay again.
I didn't stay at this hotel, but I did attend a conference here and it was great! The food was delicious. Probably the best I've ever had at a conference. The staff were nice and the layout was pretty good. One of the "coffee hour" rooms was REALLY loud and it took a bit to sort out what was happening on each level but once I sorted it out it was relatively easy.
Beautiful facility, very close to the cruise port. Great location. Very helpful front desk staff, and they were in training as well. Clean and inviting lobby. They were great in keeping our luggage until our flight later in the day, it was extremely helpful.
