I really enjoyed the stay at this location. It is close to a mall, and there is a subway station nearby. Plenty of food options all around. The staff was very friendly and you can always see someone in the lobby to help. I really liked their breakfast buffet as well. It has both western and eastern cuisine options. I tried 2 room services dinners, and they were very good as well. They have a fitness center and a pool on-site and they were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Part of Marriott hotel, located near MNC offices. 8mins away a mall for shopping and dining. Hotel room is huge and spacious, good shower gel used. In-house parcel was delivered to the room by the robot, good experience. Staff was helpful and courteous. Good spread of breakfast at ground level cafe. Will be back again soon.

I stayed at Renaissance Shanghai Caohejing Hotel in October 2024 and experienced a serious privacy breach. Hotel staff disclosed my personal and room-sharing information to a third party over the phone without consent or identity verification. Despite acknowledging the call, the hotel denied responsibility, citing the lack of a phone recording. I reported the issue to Marriott HQ, which promised a reply within 5–7 business days — but I never heard back. This careless attitude toward guest privacy and accountability is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values trust and professionalism.
