This hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The customer service was top-tier, attentive, responsive, and genuinely warm. The food was nothing short of amazing, with every meal offering fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautifully designed interior and the environment that made every moment feel special. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can’t wait to return!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The facilities are great. The grounds well kept. Immaculately clean. Rooms well appointed and well kept. The difference between a good hotel and a great hotel is the staff. Where do I start. Robin at the pool. Robin works very hard and looks after you so well. A joy to meet him. Kharter by the pool bar was so attentive and looked after uscwith drinks and snacks. Ayman in the restaurant, so very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Ahmed, also in the restaurant was also brilliant. Its a shame I can't name them all because they were so great. The manager of the Casa Mia restaurant was so happy all the time and is worth a mention. A shout goes out to the Chef, who dressed very smartly in his red outfit was lovely. Makes the best tomato soup you have ever tasted. I could go on and on. Lovely heated pool with walk in area is very convenient and of course watched over by Robin and his team. Our room was great and the cleaner made sure of our every need regards refreshing the water, coffee and sugar in the rooms. Please try both A la carte menus. Great stuff. One tiny nit pick - the food was not very inventive! Didn't go hungry though!
