Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

I attended a conference and stayed at the Renaissance hotel in St. Louis. The hotel lobby is very welcoming as is the staff. The food in the restaurant was top-notch and the service also. The room was lovely and clean, and I had everything I needed. Everyone from the bartenders to the waitresses and waiters, housekeeping staff, every employee was friendly and helpful and amazing! I accidentally locked my key in the room and they immediately came to help me after identifying me properly. Would stay here again and hope I have the opportunity….. Top drawer all the way…..

I am a light sleeper and my assigned room was near an ice machine and the elevators. After trying to fall asleep and make it work to no avail, I went to the lobby for some help. I was greeted by an extremely friendly attendant who did not hesitate to try accommodate my request for a different room even though the hotel was very near capacity. Porsche sprung into action without hesitation and found me a room that met my needs. Business travel is tedious and tiring, however, it is employees like Porsche why I only stay at Marriott properties. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in St. Louis!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my best friend! Pretty nice hotel! The rooms where managed pretty regularly and the building it shaped like a cologne bottle. You can hear planes flying late at night but its not that bad. The showers are nice and the rooms are nice.
