Renaissance São Paulo Hotel

The spa staff deserve a HUGE shoutout for being incredible, they will help you pick a treatment based on your preferences. Plus, the facilities are gorgeous. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had.

Had a fantastic stay at the Renaissance São Paulo. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, with everything within easy reach. Service was consistently attentive and professional, from check-in to the bars, breakfast, and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the club level, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are comfortable and well-maintained — and the genuinely warm and personalized service more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Great location. Excellent Lounge. Dates rooms. Renaissance Sao Paolo is very well located for visitors to the city. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. The hotel does a very good breakfast. The bar by the entrance is very popular in the evenings. The hotel's gymnasium is large and busy. The spa is good too. Rooms are the only lacking part of the lovely hotel. They could do with a touch up. The most outstanding part about the hotel is the top floor Club Lounge. Great staff there. And plenty of food and drink options. The staff all over the hotel is very welcoming and excellent.
