Great hotel run by efficient staff. One of the most beautiful room I had. Room are well equipped, I had all what I needed. Modern furniture and comfortable bed. Bathroom very clean with bath tube and a separate shower. Good quality international breakfast. I had room 1939.
USD175+ a night and the room look so aged! The smell from the old carpet is horrible. Not to forget the whole hotel is so hot with minimum air conditioning during hot summer!
Hotel desperately needs some renovation. Despite staying in a suite, the bed has "sunk" and smell damp. Certainly does not feel like a Renaissance Hotel. Front desk crew needs more training as the service delivery is bad. Saving grace for this hotel is the friendly and approachable Concierge and Executive Lounge crew.
